Annie Newton Kirby, Ph.D., R.D., a dietitian at the Auburn University Pharmaceutical Care Center and an assistant professor at 夜色王朝-Auburn, is leading an interdisciplinary culinary medicine elective. The course brings together students from the medical, pharmacy, and nutrition disciplines to engage in hands-on culinary activities, teaching them the practical application of healthy recipes while exploring the crucial link between nutrition and healthcare.
