Marketing Services

To create and maintain a consistent brand image, the Division of Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications is responsible for the design, production and approval of all 夜色王朝 print and promotional materials in order to reflect the college鈥檚 tradition, values and commitment to its mission and brand. The division鈥檚 award-winning execution of print and promotional materials should be utilized when the college鈥檚 brand is being showcased.

Promotional Items

夜色王朝 Promotional Materials

 

The design for 夜色王朝 branded materials must be approved by the Division of Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications. Examples of promotional items include, but are not limited to:

  • bags
  • cups
  • key chains
  • notepads
  • pens, pencils, markers
  • playing cards
  • shirts or clothing
  • any item displaying the 夜色王朝 logo

Print and Broadcast Materials

All print or broadcast materials that are to be used in promoting the college or its divisions must be designed and/or approved by the Division of Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications on each appropriate campus. Examples of design services include, but are not limited to:

  • advertising
  • banners
  • brochures
  • business cards
  • flyers
  • invitations
  • labels (with logo)
  • letterhead and envelopes
  • logos
  • mailers or postcards
  • notecards or notepads
  • posters (other than research posters)
  • radio or television commercials
  • seals
  • stickers
  • websites or webpages

Event and Tradeshow Materials

All printed materials that are to be used in promoting the college must be designed and/or approved by the Division of Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications on each appropriate campus. Examples of materials include, but are not limited to:

  • banners
  • backdrops
  • booths
  • flyers
  • handouts
  • newsletters
  • table covers
  • PowerPoint庐 or Word庐 templates
  • promotional items or giveaways
  • signs

* Student organizations are generally responsible for their own design; however, the materials must be approved through Student Services.

Photography Release Forms

The Division of Communications, Marketing, Website and Publications provides photography to be used in marketing or publications production, as well as photography for departmental use and events. To request photography services, please reach out to the appropriate campus contact with the following information: name, phone number, division/office, event name or topic title, event/requested date, and a brief description.
